Great participation from Members so far.
Picks are split on almost every prop. The only one that has one pick taken the most by a wide margin, Missed Field Goal, YES!
Good Luck to all of our Members with all of your wagers!!
We are happy to congratulate the winners of the Members Only OSGA Bowl Contest!!
With a three way tie at the top of the leaderboard, we had to go to the tie-breaker, which was the score of the National Championship game. The enormous total of 72 in the TCU-Georgia “battle”, made it easy to determine the winner. Congratulations to “R.Lewer” who topped the leaderboard with 11 points and a total for the Championship game of 62, slightly over the closing betting total. For his efforts R.Lewer gets $250 in cash!
Two other players also had eleven points, so their tie-breakers mattered as well. “Moondog” had 64 points to capture the runner-up prize of $100 and “Sparky22” came in third place, with a total of 47, to collect $50 in cash.
Congratulations to all who entered the OSGA Members Only College Bowl Pool. Keep your eye out for our annual March Madness contest where Members will again Get More, with extra prizes for the top members in this free, public contest.
After Week 3 the 2022 OSGA Last Member Standing contest field was reduced to just two players AZCAK and Moondog. Unfortunately, there was a software glitch with our new contest software supplier and AZCAK was unable to make an entry on the website. He did email his pick in and we did verify the software problem. So, right now we are in a holding pattern waiting for a reply from support.
Luckily, both Moondog (Green Bay) and AZCAK (Cincinnati) did pick their teams correctly in Week 4, so the contest is still rolling along and the prize pool is continuing to build.
We are confident this will get sorted out and AZCAK and Moondog can continue their quest to be the Last Man Standing.
We’ll keep the updates flowing in this forum post!
The Last Member Standing
Week 2 of the OSGA Last Member Standing contest again saw several players knocked out. It’s not so easy picking that one game in today’s NFL. Last week a member also did not put a pick in! Don’t forget, this is a one-and-done contest – no entry is as a good as a loss.
For those that are left, the pool is up to $100 cash, so make sure to get your pick in before Sunday at 1PM ET.
Good Luck this week in the 2022 OSGA Last Member Standing contest.
Our brackets are a Mess!!
After Gonzaga goes down last night, we guess it is now time to do some grading here.
For starters, the only player left alive who may be able to cash in, is Donnie. Way to Go, Donnnie. Go #KUbball. We are rooting for you!
RJ, JohnQ, Dracula and Dean all get an extra month of membership. If you had said before the Tournament that Baylor and Kentucky would get one win between them, people would have hit you upside the head. Hard to believe their two losses, but still a little something, something for four members.
This was almost a ‘no lose’ kinda contest, but Gonzaga put the screws to Johnathan and Bill. The only way to not get some kind of prize was for your pick to get to the Sweet 16 and not make the Final Four. Gonzaga certainly seemed like the safest pick to get to the Final Four this year and were the favorites to win it all prior to the Tourney. The Zags loss is a tough pill to swallow for two members, and a ton of bettors.
But . . . Donnie and the Jayhawks give us hope that someone will cash.
Good luck to the lone remaining member in the Member Madness contest.
Good Luck guys!!
Congratulations go out to ‘JBoy’ for his terrific job of making prop picks for the Big Game and for his selection of the Bengals to cover. ‘JBoy’ cashed in with the winning prize of $250 for his efforts!

GofforBust cashes in Week 9 to become the Last Member Standing.
Congratulations go out to ‘gofforbust’, who collects a whopping $500 Grand Prize for picking winners in nine straight weeks. Unfortunately for ‘MoonDog‘, his Week 9 pick of the Dallas Cowboys lost when America’s Team got crushed by the Denver Broncos. Both ‘punter711’ and ‘H8H8rs’ went down in Week 8 with their pick of Cincinnati, who were upset by the NY Jets.

Congratulations to all the members how participated and keep your eye out for our Members Only College Bowl Contest.
The OSGA Last Member Standing contest is now down to 2 members left.
Last week both H8H8rs and Sparky took the Cincinnati Bengals who were 11+ point favorites vs. the Jets. Unfortunately, for these two members, the Jets somehow beat Joe Burrow and the Bengals, denying H8H8rs and Sparky the opportunity to be the Last Member Standing.
It’s now down to a duel between Goforbust and Moondog! Good Luck to these two. The Progressive pool to crown the Last Member Standing is at $500!
Good luck to the two remaining members!
It took seven weeks, but the 2021 OSGA Last Member Standing Contest is coming down to the wire – there are just four members left vying for the title of Last Member Standing! Congrats to Gofforbust, H8H8rs, Moondog and Sparky for getting this far. All four will win cash prizes!

Weeks 5 and 6 took out three members who all had solid picks. But upsets are part of the game and teams like the Chiefs, Titans, Saints and even the Buccaneers have knocked out members seeking to be the Last Member Standing!
Check the leaderboard each week to see who is the Last Member Standing!
Super Bowl 55 is in the books and Tom Brady cashed for bettors and fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a low scoring affair.
The Super Easy, Super Bowl contest was the most played contest for Members since we ran our popular Members Squares in 2017. Congratulations to everyone who played!
Unfortunately, no member was able to pick all 8 prop bets correctly. Thus, no one cashed for the full $550 for SB55. In fact no one got seven right either, but eight Members did get 6 of their prop picks right, leading to a tie atop the leaderboard. So we had to go to the tie-breaker.
The tie-breaker was the finally score of SBLV. The low scoring affair, and the lack of any touchdowns by the Chiefs, led to every single player in the contest picking OVER the final total of 40. However, SethMan had the lowest pick at 44 and so he cashes for the winning prize of $250. One of the extra prizes in the Super Easy, Super Bowl contest was a $100 cash prize for a correct final score for SBLV. It didn’t matter how many prop bets were picked correctly, $100 was headed to anyone guessing the final total. Sadly, 40 was not on anyone’s mind.
In the third prize offering, any player who picked 6 props right is entitled to an extra free month of OSGA membership. The good news is that for eight members, they get an extra free month of membership. Members should see that reflecting in their profile.
Again, thank you to everyone who participated and congratulations to SethMan and all of the winners. Members should stay tuned for our annual March Madness contest, where members will be eligible for 2X prizes!

Week 16 of the Members Only Pick 6 contest was one of the toughest for sure.
No player got more than four selections correct and the real killer was the prop selection of who had more passing yards, Jared Goff or Russell Wilson. Over 90% of the contestants picked Wilson. Despite the final score, Goff outdueled Wilson in the yardage category 234-225, killing most players chances of a perfect score. Unfortunately, this was a tough matchup as many players also took the Rams to win outright.
This is the FINAL week of this new Members Only Contest. The prize pool for this final week is at $200. It’s a winner take all event and we are hoping that players take the time to make the BEST selections.
Good Luck in the final week of this crazy NFL season.
The OSGA Team
It’s hard to believe that out of the six selections for the Week 15 OSGA Members Only Pick 6 contest, two were for the huge upsets over the weekend. We included pointspread picks for both the Rams/Jets and Steelers/Bengals games!! Needless to say, no one member was able to pick both of those games correctly. The two upsets cost several players who only got one of the picks correct, yielding no winner for this week. Surprisingly, almost every player picked Patrick Mahomes to get more passing yards than Drew Brees in the Saints/Chiefs matchup. Mahomes had 20 more yards.
So we move on to Week 16!
The prize pool grows to $150 this week and the picks will be available a day early, starting on Thursday, before Christmas.
After consecutive weeks where the OSGA Members pick 6 was hit, week 14 had no winner.
There were three totals in this week’s contest and not one player was able to get all of them correct, sinking the chances for a 3 week run of winners. Surprisingly, nearly half of the players took the Jets to cover against the Seahawks and many of us did not see an 89 point total on the MNF GOY between the Ravens and Browns.
On to week 15. The prize pool will grow to $100 this week.
Check back on Friday for the picks!
