    Last Member Standing

    Last year was the first time in nearly a decade that we did not run a Survivor pool for pro football, so this year, we’re bringing it back exclusively for OSGA members!

    Enter to be the Last Member standing, here.

    This contest features a cash jackpot that grows each week. Members should be rewarded with continuing to make great picks so the prize pool increases every week you stay alive!! Players who make it to the end of the season will be making a winner-take-all pick for $1500 in week 17!

    But we also want to reward members who get deep into the contest as well. So, we’ve added a runners-up pool where place two through four share a pot of up to $350 cash.

    So far just a few Members have busted out of the Last Member Standing contest.

    The Final 9

    Four weeks into the first ever Last Member Standing contest and just nine players remain. Last week every player that advanced had the Los Angeles Chargers over the Miami Dolphins. Keep in mind the contest pool grows every week and now it starts to get really fun and interesting. So far the pool is up to just $150, but starting next week advancement is worth an additional $75 and in November the prize pool grows by $100 every week.     Players are urged to check their previous picks so you don’t pick the same team twice as our own OSGAJim did with the Chargers this past Sunday. To see who you (and your competitors) have picked, head to the Contest page and click on Reports, then choose Player Summary.

    Just 5 Weeks have gone by and the OSGA Last Member Standing survivor contest is already down to just 5 players!

    Last week the Kansas City Chiefs were a popular pick and their loss to the Indianapolis Colts took out three players.

    The prize pool will increase by $75 for the next four weeks and right now, the Last Member Standing will collect $275. In fact, all but one remaining player will end up cashing a prize!

    After 6 weeks, All Five Are Still Alive!!

    The pool increases to $350 this week as the picks are getting tougher and tougher.

    Remaining players should make sure they check their previous picks.
    Go to the contest page, click on Reports and then on Player Summary to see what teams you have already used and check your competitors’ picks too!

    Week 7 could be the one that ends this contest!
    Four players have Buffalo over Miami and one, romjay5150, has San Francisco over Washington!

    All are great picks, as the Skins and Fins are terrible.

    Congratulations go out to “Kevy” the winner in the first ever OSGA members NFL Survivor Contest!

    Week 10 of the NFL season had two enormous upsets; the Dolphins took out the Colts and the Falcons beat up on the Saints. These two huge double-digit dogs eliminated four players from the tournament, leaving Kevy’s pick of the Cleveland Browns as the lone correct selection. Kevy takes the entire winning pot of $600!

    The ‘Final Five’ duked it out for five weeks, until the football upset gods took over to make Kevy the Last Member Standing. As four players were all eliminated at the same time, they will split the prizes for places 2-4, which totals $350.
