    We have received a number of slow payout complaints on TopBet. We are currently investigating these claims, but at this time we are issuing a warning on sending additional funds to TopBet.

    TopBet has been around for over 6 years and at this time, we do not think this is a no pay situation, where TopBet is going to go out of business and stiff players. But, when we see several identical complaints, its time for an alert – no matter who the sportsbook is!!

    We got in touch with TopBet regarding several players who were being slow paid. TopBet reported to us that they sent out payments to each of the players who we had contacted them about. We have heard back and players did receive payouts.

    It looks like TopBet is getting their payment act together!

    A few players with larger balances still have some funds remaining to be paid out. We will report in this space when these players are paid in full. We expect to see that happened before the end of June.

    TopBet Update:

    TopBet has sent out a large amount of payouts in recent days. They have completed paying most players with just two we know of still waiting to collect their full balances. In addition, TopBet has made us aware that they are releasing a new website soon, so we are 100% convinced that they are here for the long haul.

    We have received yet another payout complaint on TopBet. We do think that they will pull out of this hole that they appear to be in, but the steady stream of new complaints is quite disturbing.

    We heard back from TopBet that they are now getting funds out to players. We received confirmation from several of the players who had filed complaints that they have, in fact, received payments!

    We expect to hear that TopBet is all caught up with payments in the next few weeks.

    We will keep players update and continue to stay on top of this situation.

    At least these books paid. Beware BOVADA .i recently had 3 horse racing tickets not paid.i have record of all 3 including picture of tickets stating that the wagers were placed buy bovada refuses to pay. How is this book a elite rating.if you are considering offshore books,I strongly advise you look elsewhere

    Hello Brian.

    We are sorry to see what is happening at Bovada, but they generally do a good job. You also filled out The Members complaint form which gives you priority in seeking resolution. We will contact Bovada, reply to you when we get in contact with them and also post in here as to how your case is going for other members to see.
