BetJaco complaint 2.22.16
We received a report from a player who had won over 40K. He was told that he was a ‘non-recreational player’ and thus was not going to be paid. We were told that his deposits were going to be refunded several weeks ago.
When OSGA inquired BetJaco added that he ‘charged back’ his deposits. We were able to verify that he made no credit card deposits. As of this writing, this complaint is still unresolved and the player has received nothing from BetJaco.
